Account Deletion Request

If you would like to delete your account, please send a request to support@topcene.rs.

What will be deleted

The following data associated with your user account will be removed:

• Your user account
• Sign-in information (email, name, or profile data provided by your sign-in provider)
• Account identifiers and authentication tokens

What will not be deleted

Some data stored on our servers is not linked to your user account and is therefore not removed when the account is deleted.

This includes:

• store receipts
• shopping lists

These items remain in the system but cannot be accessed after your account is deleted, as they are not connected to your identity.

Processing time

Your account deletion request will be processed within 30 days.
